Two men hospitalised with serious injuries following 'workplace incident' in Limerick
Two men were brought to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of injuries which are believed to be serious at this time
Two men have been hospitalised with serious injuries following a “workplace incident” on Saturday afternoon in Co Limerick.
Both Gardaí and emergency services were rushed to the scene of a workplace incident on premises in Ardagh, Co. Limerick at around 1:30pm.
Two men were brought to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of injuries which are believed to be serious at this time. Gardaí notified the Health and Safety Authority.

A Garda spokesperson told the Irish Mirror: “Gardaí and emergency services attended a workplace incident on a premises in Ardagh, Co. Limerick this afternoon, Saturday 31 August.
“The incident occurred at approximately 1:30pm. Two men were brought to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of injuries which are believed to be serious at this time. The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.”
The Irish Mirror has contacted the Health and Safety Authority for comment but have not yet received a response.
