Fans who have not yet purchased a ticket for Ireland v England on Saturday will get a chance to attend with plenty still on sale.

The Heimir Hallgrímsson era gets underway this weekend with the new manager facing a tough task against Euro 2024 finalists England.

And although England's visits to Dublin have been few and far between down through the years, the game is not a sell out with plenty of tickets still available on Ticketmaster.

Fans will still have plenty of options to get tickets with Ticketmaster showing availability both in the upper tier and the premium section.

The Association began selling home tickets as a package - meaning fans had to purchase for all three Aviva Stadium games, including the September 10 visit of Greece and the November clash with Finland.

Fearing that there would be empty seats for the highly-anticipated clash with England, as was the case last March when they sold the Belgium and Switzerland games as a package, tickets for the visit of Lee Carsley’s side went on sale on Friday evening.

However, fans will have to fork out to see the Boys in Green in action, with the cheapest - Category B - going for €90. That would get you an upper-tier corner seat.

Goalline and behind-goal Premium 2 seats, meanwhile, cost €120 each, while there are still some Premium 1 tickets available for €150 a piece.

The game kicks off at 5 pm on Saturday evening at the Aviva Stadium.
