Aidan O'Shea is tying the knot this weekend, and the Mayo star has shared some snapshots with his bride-to-be ahead of the big day.

The Mayo stalwart is set to tie the knot with his fiancé, model Kristin McKenzie Vass, in Kerry where she is from. The venue is believed to be the Muckross Park Hotel, reports RSVP Live.

They shared a fabulous black and white photo of the pair on Thursday night ahead of the exciting day.

In the snapshot, Kirsten can be seen in a beautiful white silk dress with a striking open back, paired with blue heels - a nod to her something blue, perhaps.

Her bright blonde hair was pulled back into a casual ponytail, perfectly complementing her chic dress.

Kristin and Aidan before their wedding day

Aidan looked dapper in a grey suit and casual white t-shirt.

They can be seen gazing into each others eyes, brimming with excitement for what is to come the following day.

In a selfie, Kirsten called Aiden her "Romeo" as the pair smiled together.

The couple got engaged last summer.

Aidan told RSVP Live: "There was a bit of planning involved and it has been in the works for a couple of months.

"I was waiting for the opportune time to pop the question and it all happened on the last week of July. I asked the question and she thankfully said 'Yes'.

"We had some great celebrations with our friends and family for a few weeks. I think we’re still in celebratory mode."

The pair have been together seven years after they met in Dublin in 2017.

The couple's posts have been flooded with messages from well wishers ahead of their nuptials.

"Have the most amazing day you two," one said.

Another added: "Hope today Is everything you wish it to be. Sending love."

A third said: "Best wishes for a beautiful day and lifetime together."
