Met Éireann has forecast some glorious temperatures on Sunday as Galway and Armagh go head to head for the All-Ireland football final in Croke Park.

The national forecaster has predicted that Sunday will be warm and dry with spells of sunshine throughout the day, as temperatures climb to highs of 23C. Although it will become a bit cloudier in the west later in the evening, the sky will remain clear into the night.

Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather also confirmed that the rain would stay away, with the weather expert sharing that no rain above one millimetre is forecast for the next 24 hours.
