Sabrina Carpenter announces second 3Arena Dublin gig amid huge demand for tickets
Some fans have suggested that securing tickets to see Sabrina Carpenter perform at the 3Arena has been more difficult than bagging tickets to see Taylor Swift at the Aviva Stadium
Sabrina Carpenter has announced a second show at Dublin's 3Arena for early next year as part of the pop star's upcoming Short 'n' Sweet Tour.
The 25-year-old singer, who is dating Irish actor Barry Keoghan, announced last week that she would kick off the European leg of her tour with a gig at the 3Arena in Dublin on Monday, March 3, 2025.
There has been a huge demand for tickets from Sabrina's Irish fans, with many comparing the rush to the chaos that surrounded Taylor Swift's Eras Tour pre-sales last year, with some going so far as to suggest securing Short n' Sweet tickets was more difficult.

Amid the huge demand for tickets, concert promoters have announced that Sabrina has added an extra Dublin date at the 3Arena, with the second gig set to take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Tickets for both of Sabrina's Dublin gig will go on general sale at 10am this Friday (July 26), and will be available to purchase via Ticketmaster.ie. Tickets will be priced from €61.05 including booking fee.
Supporting Sabrina at her two Dublin gigs will be English singer-songwriter Rachel Chinouriri.
A number of presales have taken place this week ahead of Sabrina's Dublin shows, but fans have been left frustrated over attempts to secure tickets due to long queues.
Reacting to the sales on X, one such fan asked: "How is it harder to get Sabrina tickets than it was to get tickets for The Eras Tour????" A second replied: "I was just saying that," and another chimed in: "Real."
A different fan said: "Insane that getting eras tour tickets x6 was easier than Sabrina." Elsewhere, someone else joked: "We always thought the great war was the Taylor Swift eras tour tickets but Sabrina said hold my diva cup."
