New research, carried out by poker experts VIP Grinders, analysed search volume data for concerts that took place in 2024, and concerts that are set to take place in 2025.
U2 ranked number nine in Google searches as fans wanted to find out their concert dates for this year and next year.

Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour ranks number one as the most searched-for concert of 2024 with an average of 425k Google searches reported globally per month.
This record-breaking 21-month tour consisted of 149 shows that irrevocably impacted local economies and the entertainment industry, reportedly grossing over £1.5 billion.
In second place is Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour with an average of 153k Google searches reported globally per month. Rodrigo is currently on her 17-month long 101-show tour that is visiting five different continents, before concluding in July 2025.
Noah Kahan’s Stick Season (We'll All Be Here Forever) Tour places him third in the rankings with an average of 62k Google searches reported globally per month. Kahan traveled to Oceania, North America, and Europe for his fourth concert tour with a total of 85 shows.
Usher: Past Present Future lands in fourth place with an average of 60k Google searches reported globally per month. Usher began his nine-month tour in North America and will end in Europe with a total of 78 shows.
In fifth place is Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n' Sweet Tour with an average of 51k Google Searches reported globally per month. This 53-show tour is taking place in Europe and North America over a seven-month span.
As well as revealing which concerts proved most popular over the last year, the data also looked at which shows scheduled for next year have already attracted the most attention from fans.
Oasis Live ‘25 Tour is the number one most searched for concert of 2025 with an average of 578k Google searches reported globally per month.
This four-month-long tour will visit five continents and perform 41 shows to sold out crowds.
In second place is Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour with an average of 250k Google searches reported globally per month. The tour began in 2022 and has 225 shows; it has earned several awards such as Ticketmaster Awards – Most Anticipated Event of 2024 for France, Germany, Italy, and New Zealand.
Olivia Rodrigo moves down to third place in 2025 with the Guts World Tour garnering an average of 153k Google searches reported globally per month. Rodrigo’s tour has won the Billboard's Touring Artist of the Year award and Hollywood Music In Media Awards’ Live Concert for Visual Media award.
Usher: Past Present Future places fourth with an average of 60k Google searches reported globally per month. This is Usher's sixth concert tour in his career; and demand was so high that they more than doubled the originally scheduled 24 shows.
Rounding out the top five is Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n' Sweet Tour with an average of 51k Google Searches reported globally per month.
For Carpenter’s first arena tour, she adds her unique touch by performing different surprise cover songs each night.
