I'm A Celeb star Danny Jones 'lied' to ITV bosses as his wife exposes huge fibs
Danny Jones has emerged as one of the favourites to win I'm A Celebrity but it appears he's been playing a tactical game and his wife Georgie has let the cat out of the bag
Danny Jones' wife says the singing star is trying to pull the wool over our eyes - and confirmed he has lied about his phobia.
The McFly star confessed before going into the I'm A Celebrity jungle that he is terrified of snakes - but it's not true at all. Georgie said his supposed 'fears are bull****' even after his efforts during Friday's High Street Of Horrors Bushtucker Trial.
She went on to say he is going to be a nightmare as the hunger really kicks in and he gets less and less sleep. Chatting on the Never Have I Ever podcast, she revealed how her hubby told the show's producers porkies and spilled on his strategy.

Telling host Hannah Cooper the truth, she revealed: "He's lied, and he said he's scared of snakes. Bulls***. World exclusive: bulls***. So, everyone vote for the tasks that don't involve snakes, please! He’s not scared of snakes, but he said he is, that’s a double bluff.
"He's now going to get tasks with snakes… I think they think Danny's a really genuine guy!" She went on to tell listeners: "The only problem with Danny is he's not great when he's hungry or tired, and he's going to be hungry and tired."
Georgia says she had hard time picking out Danny’s luxury items and hasn't chosen what he would want himself. "This man has never fussed so much over the fact that he can't tape his mouth in the jungle. He tapes his mouth at night. He tapes his mouth. It’s meant to have many, many health benefits… It’s literally like a piece of gaffer tape. It's like a massive plaster of your lips."
Her comments come after Danny was accused of "fooling" I'm a Celebrity viewers by pretending to like a divisive campmate. Body language expert Judi James has analysed the interaction between the McFly star and former professional boxer Barry McGuigan.
According to the body language expert, both men are "potential leaders" in the camp - and at some point, when Danny tackled Barry it showed "a powerful head-to-head in terms of hierarchy". She noted that Barry and Danny had different attitudes towards Dean McCullough - with one of them being critical and the other being encouraging.
But according to Ms James, despite showing some support, Danny has also been "masking some inner lack of patience" with Dean, who lost the camp half of the cupcakes Melvin Odoom won as he brought some contraband tea into the jungle.
Speaking to Paddy Power Games, she said: "The most seismic rift came when Danny tackled Barry. It was a small moment but a powerful head-to-head in terms of hierarchy. These two men are both potential leaders in the camp and Barry only had his leadership wings clipped thanks to his poor performance in the first two tasks.
"Barry's patience with Dean appeared thinner than that of most of the others. When the others sent Dean off for his Lethal Lab trial, Danny embraced Dean in a limpet hug, but Barry sat away from the group in an act of rejection. When Dean came back celebrating his four stars, Barry used his mug as an 'expression shield', appearing to hide his facial expression by sipping from it while the others pretended to celebrate."
