Ian Garry set for co-main event bout with Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310
It will be the biggest fight in the Dubliner's career.
Ian Garry will return to the octagon in December when he takes on Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310.
The winner of that bout is expected to face UFC welterweight Champion Belal Muhammad when the titleholder returns to action in 2025.
Undefeated Dubliner Garry last fought at UFC 303 in June where he beat Michael 'Venom' Page by unanimous decision, a win which took the Portmarnock native's record to 15-0.

Rakhmonov had been due to fight Muhammad for the title at UFC 310, however, the champ was forced to withdraw from the bout after contracting a bone infection in his foot.
Announcing the news on social media last night, UFC President Dana White confirmed that Garry would be fighting Rakhmonov on December 7th in a bout to determine Muhammad's next title challenger, with the new main event now being Alexandre Pantoja's clash with Kai Asakura for the UFC Flyweight championship.
Garry originally been slated to fight Joaquin Buckley on December 14th, but Colby Covington will now take on Buckley on that date in Florida, with 26-year-old Garry heading to Las Vegas to take on what he calls 'The Boogeyman' of the Welterweight division in by far the biggest fight of his career to date.
