Ireland and Leinster star James Lowe expecting second child with wife Arnica
Ireland rugby star James Lowe is set to become a father for the second time as he and wife Arnica prepare to welcome a new addition to the family in the coming months
Rugby star James Lowe and his wife Arnica are thrilled to announce they're expecting their second child.
The couple, who got married in Las Vegas in 2022, are excitedly preparing for the arrival of their new bundle of joy, reports RSVP Live. Their first child, Nico, was born in 2023, a year after their wedding.
Arnica revealed the happy news on TikTok on Tuesday, sharing a heartwarming video of her baby bump, Nico playfully interacting with it, their family dog Norm resting his head on her belly, and a doting James looking after his wife.

"We cant wait to meet you," she captioned the post, which quickly received a flood of congratulatory messages. Among those sending their best wishes were Joanna Cooper, who is also expecting a baby with Conor Murray later this year, and India Healy O'Connor, who recently tied the knot with Ross Byrne.
The wonderful news comes over a year after James and Arnica first became parents to Nico. James shared the joyous news of Nico's birth in April 2023 on Instagram, writing: "Welcome to the world son. 25.4.23. Mum was an absolute champion, happy and healthy is all we could have asked for!" Arnica echoed his sentiments, adding: ''Our perfect baby boy is here. Nico arrived 25th April 2023 and we are so in love."
James and Arnica, both originally from New Zealand, have been a couple for many years. They relocated to Ireland for James to further his rugby career with Leinster, where he has excelled and he has also become a regular fixture in the national team. Arnica is employed as a legal executive at Bank of Ireland.
In other rugby-related baby news, Conor Murray and Joanna Cooper are expecting their bundle of joy in November. Additionally, Dave Kearney recently shared that he and his wife Becca Mehigan are also awaiting the arrival of a new family member.
