Lúčnica near the fountain

Saturday, August 31, at 15:00 near the Družba fountain on Námestie slobody.

The final event of the Bratislava cultural summer will take place this Saturday. In the first part of the event, from 3:00 p.m., guests will be treated to a series of dance numbers by ten Bratislava children's folklore ensembles.

After the children's program at 19:30, the event's culmination will be a spectacular performance by the Lúčnica artistic ensemble, which has been delighting audiences worldwide for 75 years.

Museum exhibitions

September 4, all museum addresses can be found below; opened from 9:00 till 17:00.

Around 10 exhibition spaces and workplaces of museums and galleries in Bratislava are open free of charge on the first Wednesday of the month, like the Music Museum, Natural History Museum, Esterházy Palace and Natural History Museum.

Slovak Philharmonic at the fountain

Sunday, September 1, at 17:00 on Námestie slobody.

Works by Slovak and international composers will be played by the Družba fountain on Námestie slobody, and there will also be popular film music.

The open-air concert of the Slovak Philharmonic in an informal environment under the baton of chief conductor Daniel Raiskin will once again bring a taste of what you can experience in the Reduta concert hall throughout the year.
