Gardai launch urgent search appeal for two missing teenage girls from Limerick as concern grows for well-being

Gardaí have launched an urgent search appeal for two young teenage girls who are missing from their Limerick homes.
Authorities are concerned for the well-being of 14-year-old girls, Caoimhe Barry and Khloe Murphy who are missing from their homes in Castleconnell, Limerick and Annacotty, Limerick since this morning, Tuesday, January 7.
Caoimhe is described as being approximately five foot five inches in height, of slim build with long brown hair and brown eyes. Khloe is described as being approximately five foot five inches in height, of slim build with long brown hair and brown eyes.
It is unknown what Caoimhe was wearing when she went missing. Khloe is believed to be wearing grey trousers, navy jumper and a black jacket.
It is believed that both girls are together. Gardaí and both Caoimhe and Khloe's families are concerned for their well being.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of two 14-year-old girls, Caoimhe Barry and Khloe Murphy who are missing from their homes in Castleconnell, Limerick and Annacotty, Limerick since this morning Tuesday, 7 January”.
They added: “Anyone with information on Caoimhe and Khloe's whereabouts is asked to contact Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212 400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
