Lee, who is the son of Liam Byrne who was sentenced to five years in prison by a London court in October on "conspiracy to import firearms" charges, has been dating Lilly-Ella for more than two years.
On Sunday, Lilly-Ella shared the news that she was pregnant with her 203,000 followers, captioning a picture of her positive pregnancy test: "Our little secret the best news, mini us is on the way @leebyrne8."
Who is Lilly-Ella?
Lilly-Ella is a social media influencer boasting more than 200,000 followers on Instagram and 75,200 followers on TikTok, reports the Daily Record in Scotland.
She once posted a video of herself dancing to Katy Perry's Teenage Dream and celebrated her 20th birthday back in February.
Her father, Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, now managing Al-Ettifaq in Saudi Arabia, wished her a happy birthday, adding: "I hope your day is special like you are to me."
Lilly-Ella frequently shares glimpses of her luxurious lifestyle online, recently posting snapshots of her glamorous life from Dubai, Bahrain and Ibiza.
In one video, she confessed to her fans that she feels "such an old woman" and enjoys spending her mornings watching Lorraine on the sofa.
Who is her boyfriend?
In October 2022, it was disclosed that Lilly, then only 18, was in a relationship with Lee Byrne, aged 23 at the time, after they had holidayed together in Ibiza the previous summer.
Lee himself is not involved in any criminal activities, but his father cannot say the same.
His dad, Dubliner Liam Byrne, 43, has been identified in court as the head of the 'Byrne Organised Crime Group'. In February 2016, his brother, David Byrne, was gunned down in one of the most infamous gangland killings in Irish history.
The murder took place inside the Regency Hotel and marked a pivotal moment in the brutal Hutch-Kinahan mob feud, which led to 18 deaths.
Convicted armed robber Byrne was apprehended by Spanish police in June 2023 following the issuance of a UK extradition warrant, and the UK's National Crime Agency labelled him as a suspected member of the Kinahan cartel.
In October 2024, Liam Byrne pleaded guilty to conspiracy to import firearms and was jailed to five years in prison, of which he will serve half - and which he had already served 14 months by the time of sentencing.
It means that the ruthless Kinahan cartel criminal from Crumlin could expect to walk free in just under a year and a half.
Lee seemed to be utterly smitten with Lilly-Ella, having previously referred to her as "the best person he's ever met".
Still together after two years since their romance became official, this January Lilly-Ella posted an affectionate photo with Lee captioned: "Best friend. Happy new year."
One follower expressed their newfound appreciation for life's joys beyond football, saying: "Now I realise that there are more beautiful things in life than Gerrard's goals."
Another chimed in with adoration for the couple, commenting: "What a gorgeous photo of a beautiful couple."
Gerrard himself seems to have given his nod of approval, with a warm birthday message last year that read: "Happy birthday mate, have a boss day."
