Marcus Rashford has reportedly split from Grace Jackson, who is poised to star in an upcoming All Star version of Love Island.

It emerged last month that the Manchester United forward, 27, had been on dates with Jackson, 25, who shot to fame on this year's series of the popular ITV2 dating show.

Rashford had previously been in a long-term relationship with Lucia Loi before they split last year. And it now seems as though the Red Devils academy graduate, whose future at Old Trafford is currently unclear, is back on the market. That's according a new report from The Sun, with a source saying: "Grace realised that Marcus wasn't serious about her and has unfollowed him on Instagram.

"She realised there was no future so she has decided to cut ties." The source went on to confirm Jackson would be competing in the upcoming Love Island All Stars series before adding: "As far as she is concerned it's Marcus' loss, she is putting her best foot forward and can't wait to enjoy some winter sun in gloomy January."

News of Rashford's split from Jackson comes at a time where his professional future is in the spotlight, too, amid speculation he could be sold by Manchester United.

The versatile forward was left out of last weekend's Manchester derby by the club's new head coach, Ruben Amorim, just days after reports outlining United would do business.

And he admitted just a few days later that he was ready for a fresh challenge. "For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps," he told Henry Winter during a visit to his old primary school, Button Lane, to hand out Christmas presents.

"When I leave it's going to be 'no hard feelings'. You're not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That's me as a person.

"If I know that a situation is already bad I'm not going to make it worse. I'e seen how other players have left in the past and I don't want to be that person. When I leave I'll make a statement and it will be from me."
