TG4 unveil GAA Super Sunday triple header of live provincial final action
Armchair GAA fans are in for a treat this Sunday with two hurling deciders and one football final all set to be screened on TG4.
TG4 have lined up a Super Sunday of provincial final action for this weekend with three live GAA games from across the country.
The bumper day’s action begins at 1.05pm with the meeting of Roscommon’s Padraig Pearses and Sligo’s Coolera-Strandhill in the Connacht football decider at Markievicz Park.
Padraig Pearses are looking for a second Connacht crown to go with their 2021 triumph, while Coolera-Strandhill will be confident after their surprise win over Mayo’s Ballina Stephenites last time out.

Next up is the Munster hurling final, where Ballygunner are aiming to make history again by becoming the first side to win a four-in-a-row in the province.
A victory for the Waterford side at Semple Stadium would put them clear at the top of the overall roll of honour on six titles, one ahead of Blackrock (Cork).
Another Rebel side, Sarsfields, appearing in their first ever final, are standing in their way, with coverage beginning at 2.55pm.
The final part of a triple header is the Ulster hurling final, with Derry’s Slaughtneil going after a fifth provincial title in nine years against Down’s Portaferry, who are going for a second title following their 2014 victory.
Action from the Athletic Grounds begins at 4.55pm on TG4.
