Watch: Outrageous Harty Cup score from De La Salle man
Young Cathal O'Sullivan of the Ballygunner club fired over a superb score, showing sublime skill, dexterity and ingenunity.
Cathal O’Sullivan pulled off this little piece of hurling genius recently in the Harty Cup that is well worth looking at again.
Clubber were there to catch the full back score as he run upfield, juggling the ball before going to ground.
Somehow he managed to catch it while on the deck, jumping up before turning onto his left side to strike it over the bar. Not bad for a man with number three on his back.
He might well be another one off the Ballygunner conveyor belt, having already featured for the seniors.
The score came in the 55th minute with the Waterford City college well in control at that stage, leading St. Colman’s Fermoy by 3-21 to 0-14 at the time.
They ended up winning the game by 20 points.
