Gardai have formally renewed their appeal for information in the hope of locating missing teen, Chloe McDonagh.

Officers have expressed concern for the welfare of the 15-year-old, who is missing from Navan in Co Meath.

The young girl was last seen in Ashbourne town centre last Thursday afternoon and it's understood that she may have travelled to Co Mayo.

A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said this morning: "Gardaí are renewing their appeal in seeking the public's assistance tracing the whereabouts of Chloe McDonagh (15) who is missing from Navan, Co. Meath and was last seen in Ashbourne town centre on Thursday 7th November, 2024 at approximately 2pm.

"Chloe is described as being approximately 5 feet 5 inches in height, with a slim build. She has long blonde hair and blue eyes.

"It is unknown what Chloe was wearing when she went missing. It is understood that Chloe has travelled to Mayo."

Having renewed their appeal, Gardai have urged anyone with information that may assist the investigation to make contact with authorities.

The spokesperson added: "Anyone with any information on Chloe's whereabouts is asked to contact Ashbourne Garda Station on 01 801 0601, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station."
