This is the rare public appeal put out by gardai at the height of the hunt for Kinahan cartel boss Sean McGovern - who has now been arrested in Dubai.
The image obtained by the Irish Mirror shows the appeal issued by An Garda Siochana this time last year - and reveals they wanted him for two separate offences. It is rare for gardai to issue public appeals like this - and shows how important a target they regarded the 37-year-old Dubliner, a key ally of mob boss Daniel Kinahan, 47.

As well as the murder in December 2016 of innocent Noel Kirwan, gardai also want McGovern for directing a crime gang.
And the fact that European Arrests Warrants have been issued for him on both counts show that the Director of Public Prosecutions has ordered his charge on each. And each offence carries a life sentence. In the case of murder, it is mandatory, but for directing a crime gang, it is up to the judge to decide upon conviction. EAWs, which are extradition requests, can only be issued for the purpose of charge and after the DPP has ordered a prosecution..
The appeal says McGovern is "wanted on warrant" by gardai.
It says: "An Garda Siochana see the public assistance in establishing the whereabouts of thirty six-year-old Sean Mc Govern. The High Court in Dublin has issued a European Arrest Warrant for the arrest of Sean Mc Govern, relating to offences of Murder and Directing and Participating in a Criminal Organisation. Sean Mc Govern's last known address is in Kildare Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12."
It adds: "Anyone with information relating to Sean Mc Govern's whereabouts can contact the Garda confidential line on -1800 666 111."
The hunt is now over and McGovern is in custody.
