Fitness influencer Emily Skye, famed as @emilyskyefit on Instagram, has been an inspiration to her legions of followers with her health and wellness journey post-pregnancy. She's become a beacon of body positivity, continuously encouraging women to embrace their natural day-to-day look.

In her latest post, the fitness guru shared a series of bikini snaps on her socials. While in some photos she appears incredibly toned, others show her looking slightly more full around the midsection—which is totally normal.

Emily used this photo set to hammer home an important point: Our bodies naturally vary from day to day. She underlines that even the fittest among us see our bodies evolve regularly.

In her heartening message, Emily penned: "Just a reminder that our bodies change from day to day, from minute from minute and from second to second even. Different angles, lighting and poses also make our bodies look different."

She candidly opened up about her own experiences with bloating, especially during "that time of the month," embracing it as part of her being, a slice of womanhood, and something utterly normal. Her words were a comfort for many: "It's that time of the month for me so I woke up with a bloated lower belly. Instead of trying to fight that time of the month bloat, I've accepted that it's just a part of me, and it's a part of being a woman and there's nothing wrong with it," reports the Mirror.

"Btw, I purposely took a pic before I'd eaten to show the 'bloat' on an empty tummy. If I'd eaten it would likely be at least twice the size (as you've probably seen in previous posts of mine)."

Since the post went live, it's racked up over 10,000 likes, clearly resonating with loads of people. The comments section was flooded with hundreds sharing their own stories and support. One user shared: "Happens to me too. Sometimes I bloat 3x the size of my unbloated tummy. I beat myself up so bad about it for so long."

"Not anymore. You look stunning Emily, you always have and always will."

Another chimed in: "This is why I've followed you for almost a decade. Thank you for being so real in a space where nearly everything is edited. Truly inspiring."

A third added: "You still look amazing though. I get that belly area too from time to time. Especially after having two kids."
