Helen Flanagan breaks silence after ex Scott Sinclair's new romance was uncovered
Helen Flanagan and Scott Sinclair enjoyed a 13 year romance and welcomed three children together before their romance collapsed in 2022. They have now both moved on in love.
Helen Flanagan has broken her social media silence in the wake of news her ex-fiancé has started dating someone new.
The 34-year-old soap actress was in a relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair, 35, from 2009 until 2022 and they share three children together; Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and three-year-old Charlie. While Scott kept a reasonably low profile after their split, Helen openly discussed her desire to get back in the dating game and shared clips of herself discussing new romance with her eldest daughter online.
On Saturday, news broke that Scott has moved on to start dating children's care worker Lauren Davies, 32, with snaps of them holding hands being published. Now Helen appears to have focused on her family life in the wake of the news.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Helen shared snaps of herself with her kids on a beach. She uploaded photos of them running around in the sand, and also shared a photo of their names written on the beach. And another image showed Matilda holding a piece of paper with the words "I love you mum" written on it.
Gushing over the images, Helen wrote: "Love this picture, don’t know what it is something special about it made me feel proud." Shae also shared a photograph of herself hugging her younger daughter, and wrote: "Delilah. I think out of all my children Delilah is like me the most…. I think Delilah looks like me and is like me personality wise… swipe... a free spirit and does her own thing."
The Sun revealed Scott and Lauren were dating and shared details of their emerging romance. A source told them: “They’re getting on well and really enjoy each other’s company. They met through family years back. Scott and Lauren just hit it off a few months ago and started dating. At the moment, they just want to see where things go.”
Meanwhile, fans have been getting front row access to Helen's latest dating escapades as she is a contestant on the current season of smash E4 show Celebs Go Dating. She has been shown getting close to members of the public - but then shocked the show romance experts by revealing she actually has a secret boyfriend.
She unveiled 44-year-old former footballer Robbie Talbot as her current boyfriend - and he has since appeared on the show as they seek help navigating their romance together. Speaking on the show, Helen gushed: “I spend all of my time with [Robbie] and he makes me really happy. I feel like he is really supportive. So I am very happy with Robbie. As a couple, I feel like we’ve got really strong foundations.”
And Robbie has seemingly identified that he can bring some peace and stability to the Coronation Street star's life. Cameras followed them while they were out on a date, and showed Robbie declaring his calming nature is “good for Helen”.
