Dave Grohl breaks silence on viral love child post and 'first baby photo'

Dave Grohl has spoken out after a post claiming to show a picture of a child he fathered outside of his marriage has gone viral online.
The Foo Fighters star, 55, shocked fans this week when he admitted to cheating on his wife, Jordyn Blum, who he shares three kids with. Hours after his bombshell confession, an Instagram post claiming to show his new child - a daughter called Roxie Junie Grohl went viral. A representative for Grohl has told TMZ that it's fake.
The post was first shared by @valeriegreyston on Wednesday, and showed a manicured hand clasping that of a newborn baby girl, with a lengthy caption.

The post began: "My sweet Roxie Junie Grohl, being your mama has already been the most incredible experience of my life. Every day, I fall more in love with you and this new role. Your dadd, was by my side through the entire pregnancy, making sure we were both taken care of, and I'm so grateful for his love and support.
"I'm new to this whole baby mama thing, but I promise to always do my best for you. As much as I want to share my joy with the world, I also need to protect our privacy right now. I'm happy that everyone knows about you, though, because you are such a special part of my life."
Claiming she could see Grohl's face in little Roxie's, Valerie continued: "PS Roxie, every time I look at you, I see so much of your dad in your face - it's like a little reflection of him in the tiniest, most beautiful way. From the shape of your eyes to the way your little nose crinkles when you smile, you are truly a Grohl through and through.
"It's amazing how much of him is already shining in you. Your dad is so proudly that you carry on his family's spirit, and I can already tell you have that same strength and kindness in you. You're a perfect blend of us both, but seeing those little reminders of him in you makes my heart melt every time. You are our little legacy, we couldn't be prouder. Thank you so much for your love and support guys! Rock on!"
The post comes after it was reported Grohl consulted a divorce lawyer before admitting he betrayed the mother of his three kids, Jordyn.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, admitting his infidelity this week, the Nirvana drummer confessed: "I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together."
Grohl's marriage to Jordyn is his second. He was previously wed to photographer Jennifer Leigh Youngblood from 1994 until their divorce in 1997, though they had separated the year prior. The Guardian once reported that "admitted infidelities [led] to his divorce" from his first wife Jennifer.
As previously reported, Grohl is quoted as saying about his ex-wife back in 1999: "I was 25, my wife was even younger. We weren't ready to get married. I miss her a tonne, she's the funniest goddamn weirdo you ever met in your life." He added: "Absolutely adorable. It would have been better had we not got married. But you live and you learn."
After Grohl tied the knot with former MTV producer, Jordyn, the Grammy Award winner previously told Elle magazine that initially after "a few dates" he decided that he wasn't "ready for a serious relationship" at the time. However, he then claimed he'd had a "revelation" three months later and called his self-confessed "future ex wife" back, rekindling their romance.
