Gardai launch search appeal for missing Kildare teen

Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing the whereabouts of a Kildare teenager who has been missing for a number of days now.
Kaitlyn O’Brien, aged 17, has been missing from her Newbridge home in Kildare since Sunday, September 1.
Kaitlyn is described as being approximately five foot one inch in height with a thin build, dark brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen, Kaitlyn was wearing a black coat with a fur hood, black leggings and white runners.

Gardaí have appealed for anyone with information on Kaitlyn’s whereabouts to contact authorities.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Kaitlyn O’Brien who is missing from her home in Newbridge, Kildare since Sunday, 1 September”.
They added: “Anyone with information regarding Kaitlyn’s whereabouts is urged to contact Kildare Garda Station 046 907 9930, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
