Excitement is building ahead of Coldplay performing four sold-out shows at Croke Park. More than 300,000 fans will descend on Dublin for the gigs on Thursday, August 29, Friday, August 30, Sunday, September 1 and Monday, September 2.

The concerts are part of the band's Music of the Spheres World Tour, which has been making its way across Europe in recent weeks. With just days to go, organisers have issued more details about the upcoming concerts - including the all-important seating plan.

Concert-goers will find five important pieces of information on their tickets to help them find their seat or standing section. This includes the colour of your route - which corresponds to signs outside the stadium - as well as the letter of your turnstile and your seat and row numbers. Attendees are also being reminded to carefully check their ticket in advance to make sure they are attending on the right date.

Doors are due to open around 5pm, with the show starting around 6.30pm. American singer-songwriter Maggie Rogers and Irish singer Aby Coulibaly are the support acts, with Coulibaly expected to take to the stage around 6.30pm, followed by Maggie Rogers at around 7.15pm. Coldplay will likely start their performance around 8.30pm, with the concert is expected to finish up around 10.30pm.

Meanwhile, Ticketmaster has officially activated resale for the Croke Park concerts, however ticket transfer will not be made available until closer to the date of the shows. Ticketmaster Ireland said: "Tickets for this tour will be eTickets, and they may not be available to access until closer to the date you have booked for. Please contact us if you have not received your tickets by 5 days before the event. Ticket transfer will be enabled 48 hours prior to the events."

Ticketmaster’s transfer feature allows ticket holders to easily send tickets to friends and family, ensuring that everyone in the group can gain entry to the event without needing to meet up beforehand. This is also useful for those who bought tickets on behalf of others. Once tickets are transferred, the recipient can access their ticket directly from the Ticketmaster app.

With resale now activated, fans yet to secure a ticket should keep an eye on the Ticketmaster website HERE, where official resale tickets will be sold. Tickets for the sold-out shows will likely be snapped up very quickly, but fans can regularly check for official resale tickets and they could get lucky. You can look at the available offerings using the link below.

Resale through Ticketmaster provides a safe and secure platform for fans who can no longer attend the event to sell their tickets. This ensures that tickets are valid and buyers are protected from fraud. Once the ticket is sold, it is transferred to the new owner seamlessly through the Ticketmaster system.
