Maura Higgins wrote a very cheeky reply to Pete Wicks' post after it was announced he joined the Strictly Come Dancing line-up for the 2024 series.
In a shared post with the official Strictly page, a dramatic picture of Pete placed over the show's theme colours was shown along with the announcement. " The only way is #Strictly for @p_wicks01 ! We can’t wait to see what he brings to the Ballroom!" the caption read.
Maura, who was recently pictured snogging the former TOWIE star, replied to the post: "I know what those hips can do, PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!!!" referring to recent rumours about the pair. It comes after pictures emerged of the two smooching outside the Broadwick Soho Hotel over the weekend.

As well as sharing a kiss, Love Island USA's Aftersun host Maura and TOWIE 's Pete seemed to be deep in conversation in photos of their so-called date. Maura, 33, was seen with her arms draped over the 36-year-old as she leaned in for a kiss in front of the packed hotspot. One onlooker said Pete turned up at the venue an hour after Maura, who had been sitting on the terrace with a group of pals.
The bystander told the Sun : "After they’d sat there for a while Maura went in for a long kiss with Pete. It wasn’t the kind of kiss you’d give a friend, it was very passionate." They added that Pete "sat with his arm around Maura all evening". "They were all over each other," the onlooker continued. "They looked totally in love and weren’t trying to hide it from anyone."
