Swimmer Siobhan Haughey will focus on the 100m and 200m freestyle events in Paris
A grand-niece of former Taoiseach Charlie Haughey is strongly fancied to medal at the Paris Olympic Games - three years on from winning two in Tokyo.
Swimmer Siobhan Haughey will focus on the 100m and 200m freestyle events in the French capital having won silver in both those events at the last Games.
And she qualified for the women's 200m Freestyle semi-finals in Paris on Sunday after finishing second in the heats

The 26-year-old represents Hong Kong and told how mixed Irish-Hong Kong roots helped her to become a world champion, something she achieved at the World Aquatics Championships in Doha in February of this year.
"In Hong Kong it's a very education-first focus," Haughey told Olympics.com earlier this year. "Especially growing up, I went to a local school as well, so then a lot of my friends in high school never played any sport growing up.
"In Ireland they play different sports; I think because of my dad, I had the background of playing different sports since a very young age. And that's how I got into swimming.
"I got the best of both worlds from my parents."
