Nicosia municipality, in cooperation with the Keead information training centre and the Akelius language foundation is offering free English lessons for beginners, it announced on Thursday.

The classes will start on Tuesday, September 3, and will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 6.30pm at the Keead offices on 131 Trikoupi Street in Nicosia’s old town.

The English classes are made possible thanks to “the generous funding” of Akelius, the municipality said. 

The project is being implemented within the framework of the Cohesion Policy Programme Thalia 2021-2027 with co-funding from the EU.
