The Malta Independent this afternoon will be giving an extensive coverage of the presentation of the budget for 2025 by Finance Minister Clyde Caruana. 

A live blog will start as soon as the minister starts delivering his address after presenting the budget speech officially to the President, Myriam Spiteri Debono.

We will carry news reports about the different measures announced in the budget, as well as condensed points about the different sectors that will be covered.

The reactions from the Opposition as well as constituted bodies will also be carried.
