Man seriously injured in Gozo

The Police were informed of a traffic accident on Fortunato Mizzi Street at around 7:20 AM in Rabat, Gozo.

The Police went on site, and preliminary investigations revealed that a collision had occurred between an Isuzu D Max, driven by a 27-year-old man residing in Żebbuġ, Gozo, and a Kentoya motorcycle, driven by a 37-year-old man residing in Rabat, Gozo.

A medical team assisted on site, and the motorcyclist was taken to Gozo General Hospital by ambulance for further medical care, where he was certified to have sustained serious injuries.

The Police are continuing their investigations into the case.
