World number one Jannik Sinner beat Francis Tiafoe in two sets in the Cincinnati Open final to claim his fifth title of the season.
    The 23-year-old Italian tennis star, who has been struggling with a hip problem, won 7-6 (7/4), 6-2 in one hour and 36 minutes.
