The National Lottery has issued an urgent appeal to EuroMillions players to check tickets as the deadline to claim a huge five-figure prize is set to run out.

The EuroMillions Plus Match 5 prize of €20,949 was won in the draw on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, but the lucky Lotto winner has yet to come forward to claim their substantial prize.

The winning ticket was purchased at Tuthills Swords, Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords in North Dublin, on the day of the draw.

The winning EuroMillions numbers for the Tuesday, November 5 draw were: 01, 08, 19, 37, 50 and lucky stars 06, 09.

Ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, which means the Dublin winner has less than four weeks to collect their winnings. The claim deadline for this prize is close of business on Monday, February 9.

National Lottery spokesperson Emma Monaghan has called on all EuroMillions players in Dublin to carefully check their old tickets from November to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming this huge prize.

"We are hoping to hear from a EuroMillions player in Swords who won €20,949 by matching five numbers in the Tuesday, 5th of November draw," she said.

"The winning ticket was purchased at Tuthills Swords, Pavilions Shopping Centre. As ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, the last date to claim is Monday, 3rd February. We encourage all players who purchased their ticket at Tuthills to check their old tickets very carefully."

The ticket holder has been urged to sign the back of the lucky ticket and keep it somewhere safe. They should then contact the National Lottery prize claims team as soon as possible on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for the Dublin winner to collect their prize at Lottery HQ.
