Ireland striker Sammie Szmodics has scored his fourth Premier League goal of the season to give Ipswich Town the lead away to Fulham.
The Boys in Green star has yet to find the net in 10 senior international caps, but he has impressed in his first campaign so far in the English top-flight.
His first goal came in a 4-1 defeat away to Manchester City, when Szmodics stunned the Etihad by opening the scoring, while he followed that up with goals against Brentford and Tottenham.

He opened the scoring on Sunday when he was quickest to react to Calvin Bassey’s botched clearance after a Ben Johnson header came crashing off the crossbar.

Szmodics was prolific last season in the Championship for Blackburn, where his 33 goals in all competitions earned him a move to the Premier League.
