Man charged over deaths of Armagh father and son killed in road crash
Four other people, including a baby, were taken to hospital following the collision, which occurred just days after Christmas
A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after two men were killed and a woman injured in a collision in Co Armagh just two days after Christmas.
The 32-year-old is due to appear at Newry Magistrates' Court on Friday (January 3) where he faces two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, and one count of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving, following the collision on Friday, December 27.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Father and son, Peter, 63, and Loughlin Devlin, 28, died at the scene following the two-vehicle collision involving an an Audi and a Mercedes, which took place outside the village of Killylea.
Four other people, including a baby, were taken to hospital following the incident. A woman who was injured in the collision remains in hospital in a critical condition.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit have charged a man to court following a collision in Killylea, County Armagh on Friday 27th December.
"The man, aged 32, has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, and one count of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
"He is due to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday 3rd January. As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
Mourners gathered at the Church of St Joseph in Tynan on Wednesday for the joint funeral for Peter Devlin and his son Loughlin. A crowd waited outside the church as a convoy of cars, including two hearses, arrived and the bells rang.
A priest told mourners the community remains in shock following the tragedy last Friday. "No words of any of us here today can grasp the enormity of the grief and the sense of loss," he said.
"As a community we're stunned, we're still in shock." He described the two men as symbolising hard work, and said both their faith and providing for their families were very important to them.
