Married at First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has left fans gobsmacked with her incredible transformation following her stint on the show - and she's finally revealed how she dropped an impressive four stone.
The reality TV star found herself in the thick of it during her time on the E4 dating show, and was involved in a number of tumultuous encounters including her infamous wine-tossing bust-up with her then-TV hubby Adam Nightingale.
But fast-forward to today, and you'll find Polly soaking up the Aussie sun after swapping the British rain for a beach life in Australia. Dazzling her followers, the 28-year-old ex-careers advisor flaunted her weight loss win while basking on a pristine Perth beach in a fetching red bikini.

Sharing her festive cheer from afar, Polly uploaded her stunning beachy pics to Instagram captioning them: "England Christmas blues have well and truly gone. Merry Christmas to you all." Her post prompted a shower of praise from her impressed admirers.
The star has previously been candid about her weight loss journey, revealing she tipped the scales at 16 stone after filming MAFS. Now, she's a trim 12.5 stone.
Polly took to Instagram to share her astonishment: "I've just weighed myself (I know you shouldn't at night) and I'm honestly gobsmacked that I've now lost nearly 4 stone... 4! ! ! ! Since March! ! !"
The MAFS bride admitted she still has a "little way to go" to reach her goal, but explained she's managed to shed the pounds without living a 'restricted' lifestyle, maintaining a healthy relationship with food and drink,reports the Mirror.
"I've always been confident however not so much with my body, now have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn't before," she shared.
Polly continued: "I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities. However that's now changed and I don't think as much about covering certain things when I'm ordering clothes and it feels sooooo good."
Revealing her weight loss secret, Polly credited a simple three-step method - drinking more water, eating less and moving more.
"I finished filming and I was 16 stone (have been there or thereabouts for 2 years) and now I'm 12.5," she said, adding: "It's been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more. And I love that I've found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do."
