Micah Richards and Roy Keane poked fun at the pundit's bust-up with an Ipswich fan, joking that he was still waiting in the car park.

While working for Sky Sports for Manchester United's away clash against the Tractor Boys, Keane had a run-in with a fan.

The ex-Ireland midfielder previously managed from 2009 to 2011 and is said to have taken exception with comments made by the fan while pitchside.

And in videos circulating on social media, Keane told the fan he would see him in the car park after the match.

Nothing ever came of the bust-up, and a week later, Keane, Richards, and Jamie Carragher poked fun at the incident, posting a photo from the Anfield car park saying they were still waiting for the fan.

Posting on social media, Richards said: "This Ipswich fan is really taking his time. We just want to go home Roy."

Keane was in attendance for Liverpool's win over Manchester City as things go from bad to worse for Pep Guardiola's side.

Remarkably, City haven't won a game since their 1-0 victory over Southampton at the end of October.

Speaking after the game, he said: “Maybe I deserve to be sacked, honestly. With the results, maybe I'm still in the job only because we won six Premier League titles. Otherwise, the hierarchy would think it doesn't work.

“They sang it at Brighton but I didn't expect it from the people from Liverpool. But it's fine, it's part of the game, and I understand. We've had incredible battles together. I have respect for them.

“I congratulate them. For the first 15-20 minutes, they were unstoppable. We’ll reset and start from zero and try to make a good run.”
