McFly star Danny Jones 'lined up to replace Tommy Fury' on I'm A Celebrity
I'm A Celebrity bosses have reportedly narrowed in on who they want to replace Tommy Fury in the Australian jungle on this upcoming series
McFly band member Danny Jones is reportedly set to replace Tommy Fury in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
Boxer and Love Island star Tommy, who recently split from fiancée Molly-Mae Hague earlier this year, had been discussing joining the hit ITV reality show with producers for some time before deciding to turn it down, although the show's start date is fast approaching.
Tommy had been dodging questions about his possible jungle stint. When questioned about signing up for the starred reality show on Heart Breakfast in recent weeks, he responded: "Listen a lot of things in my life is like a rollercoaster in a minute. There are so many things I might do. You know, could he be doing this? Could he be doing that? To be honest with you, I don't know what I'm doing this afternoon. I mean, I just take literally an hour at a time, so I don't know. There's a lot of things going on in my life right now. So, I'm not sure on anything."

And now, an insider claimed McFly singer Danny will be the one entering the Australian jungle instead. "As well as bringing some of the star appeal of the group with him, he'll be supplying some serious guy candy for the campmates and viewers at home," the insider claimed.
"All the McFly guys are gym fanatics and Danny in particular has a great physique - which he's bound to show off in the jungle," they said to The Sun. The Mirror have approached ITV and Danny's representatives for comment. The source added that the singer will be 'filling the jungle hunk gap' left by Tommy.
ITV bosses were said to be placing their hopes on reality star Tommy to bring in the ratings for their popular show, anticipating he'd dish the dirt on his jaw-dropping split from Molly-Mae Hague. The former couple, who rose to fame on Love Island's fifth season, set up home together, had a baby named Bambi in January last year and even got engaged.
However, fans everywhere were shocked when they announced their split after five years of being together. There had been rumours that Tommy would bare his soul beside the campfire, alongside other celebs, and spill the beans on what truly went down with his ex amidst rumours of infidelity.
