GAA stadiums dominate list of top 10 in Ireland as Pairc Ui Chaoimh misses out on top five and only one LOI ground makes cut

Four GAA stadiums have made the top 10 ranked stadiums on the island of Ireland with the home of GAA, Croke Park, coming out on top.
Irish sport boasts some iconic venues which have hosted many massive events in football, GAA, boxing, rugby and more and three of the top 10 are located in Northern Ireland.
In a new study conducted by Betway, they analysed all stadiums based across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland using different factors to determine the best.

Those factors included the ratings given on TripAdvisor, Google Keyword Planner (Monthly Searches), Social Media Followers (Instagram), and Positive Sentiment (Brandwatch), with all data reportedly correct as of October 2024.
As for the highest-rated stadium on the island, that went to Croke Park in Dublin. The impressive 82,000-seater stadium scored 92.39 out of 100, comfortably ranking above the rest of the competition.
The Aviva Stadium was second with an overall rating of 67.80, and rounding off the top three was Munster Rugby’s Thomond Park home with a score of 43.34.
GAA grounds make up four of the top 10 with TUS Gaelic Grounds, Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Celtic Park and Semple Stadium all making the cut.
The final cost of redeveloping Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork was just under €100 million but that hasn't been enough to convince people that it is one of the top five in the country.
Only one League of Ireland ground made the top 10 with Richmond Park, home of St Patrick's Athletic, in Inchicore, Dublin just scraping inside the top 10.
Windsor Park, home Northern Ireland football, came in at fifth on the list with an overall rating of 36.51, but did have a five out of five rating on Trip Advisor.
Meanwhile, Kingspan Stadium, home of Ulster Rugby, finished ninth in the top 10 with an overall score of 32.42 with Celtic Park in Derry city also making the list.
