Dublin Zoo has announced FREE tickets for children this Halloween - and all families need to do is dress kids up for the occasion.
The popular attraction has lined up a packed schedule of activities over the mid-term break to celebrate Halloween.
On October 29, 30 and 31, all youngsters who arrive dressed up for Halloween will get in for free, provided they are accompanied by a full-paying adult. This offer can be claimed both online and at the gate.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of free activities, including a Spooky Trail, face painting and creepy keeper talks throughout the day.

Separately, the zoo is also hosting ticketed pumpkin-making workshops at the 'Haunted House', formerly known as Haughton House. This is available for kids aged four to 15 - with pumpkin decoration for younger children (four to eight) and pumpkin carving for the older group (nine to 15).
Tickets for the workshops must be pre-booked in advance through the Dublin Zoo website. Adult tickets include full-day entry to the zoo, while child tickets cover entry, the pumpkin workshop and plenty of Halloween fun.
A Dublin Zoo spokesperson said: "Dublin Zoo is set to be all treat, no trick this Halloween with a fang-tastic schedule of fun family activities lined up for the 29th, 30th and 31st October. What’s more, little boys and ghouls in costume go free on these dates as long as they’re with a full-paying adult! Visitors can avail of this offer both online and at the gate.
"Activities will include a Spooky Trail, facepainting in the Farmhouse from 10am to 3pm, and creepy keeper talks throughout the day, all included in the cost of entry. If that wasn’t enough, Dublin Zoo are also hosting pumpkin making workshops on the 29th and 30th of October to make sure kids of all ages aren’t left bone-idle! This ticketed event at the Haunted House (formerly Haughton House!) is for kids aged 4 to 15, with pumpkin decoration for ages 4 to 8 and pumpkin carving for 9 to 15 year olds.
"Tickets must be pre-booked in advance on dublinzoo.ie. Adult tickets include day entry to Dublin Zoo, while child tickets include day entry, a skele-ton of fun at the pumpkin making class plus your own petrifying pumpkin creation to take home and scare your friends with! There will also be games and arts & crafts to keep the little terrors aged four and under occupied!"
Dublin Zoo is open seven days a week from 9.30am - 4pm.
