Munster and Leinster will have the chance to close the gap on URC leaders Glasgow Warriors as they face off at Croke Park today.
Warriors picked up a 33-3 win over Zebre yesterday to go a point ahead of Leinster in the table but a win for Leo Cullen’s side would see them go back on top of the tree.
Today’s game begins at 5.45pm, you can watch the game live on RTÉ2, with the game also being shown on Premier Sports, SuperSport, Flo Rugby & URC.tv.
Leinster began with a win over Edinburgh before two convincing victories against Dragons and Benneton.
Meanwhile, Munster started with a two-point win over Connacht before being beaten by Zebre.
However, they bounced back to seal a 23-0 win at home to Ospreys last Saturday.
Speaking ahead of the game, James Lowe said: "It's some rivalry, isn't it? To be involved with Leinster with a rivalry that I have sort of inherited, it's pretty exciting.
"There's a mutual hatred between the boys and it's something that I seriously look forward to. There's not many club teams that, for round four of a competition, can almost already sell out 80,000.”

The Munster No.10 spoke in this piece about his love of the GAA and, in particular, of Joe Deane - the Cork hurler was his hero as a kid. Here's Jack kicking into the Hill as he gears up for his first ever game at Croke Park.

Hello from GAA HQ where Leinster and Munster will do battle in their first meeting of the new season in just under one hour's time.
The game is a sell-out and, on a chilly October afternoon, the crowd is slowly starting to filter into the historic ground on Jones's Road.
