info@easybranches.comIreland face Finland in a UEFA Nations League clash
The Republic of Ireland are in Helsinki to face Finland as Heimir Hallgrimsson aims to record his first win as Boys in Green boss at the third attempt.
Defeats to England and Greece got Ireland's UEFA Nations League campaign off to the worst possible start last month and much better performances will be expected from them against Finland tonight and Greece on Sunday.
Despite it being so early in Hallgrimsson's reign as manager, there have already been suggestions that his position could come under pressure if his side fail to win either of this month's two games, with Richard Dunne claiming that the FAI could look to bring someone new in.
Here's the matchday squad:
Goalkeepers: Caoimhin Kelleher (Liverpool), Mark Travers (AFC Bournemouth), Max O'Leary (Bristol City)
Defenders: Festy Ebosele (Watford, on loan from Udinese), Andrew Omobamidele (Nottingham Forest), Nathan Collins (Brentford), Mark McGuinness (Luton Town), Dara O'Shea (Ipswich Town), Liam Scales (Celtic), Robbie Brady (Preston North End).
Midfielders: Josh Cullen (Burnley), Jason Knight (Bristol City), Jayson Molumby (West Bromwich Albion), Finn Azaz (Middlesbrough), Jack Taylor (Ipswich Town), Jamie McGrath (Aberdeen).
Forwards: Adam Idah (Celtic), Evan Ferguson (Brighton and Hove Albion), Chiedozie Ogbene (Ipswich Town), Kasey McAteer (Leicester City), Sammie Szmodics (Ipswich Town), Mikey Johnston (West Bromwich Albion), Troy Parrott (AZ Alkmaar).

Good evening and welcome to our live blog for the Republic of Ireland's UEFA Nations League clash with Finland in Helsinki.
Back-to-back 2-0 defeats to England and Greece last month was not the start Heimir Hallgrimsson wanted to his reign as Ireland manager and he'll be hoping his side can get a win on the board in the Finnish capital tonight.
Markku Kanerva's side also suffered consecutive losses to England and the Greeks in September, losing 3-0 in Greece before suffering a 2-0 defeat at Wembley three days later.
However, Kanerva is expecting better from his side this time around, as is Hallgrimsson.
Ireland and Finland last met in the 2020 UEFA Nations League, with the Finns winning both games 1-0.
Tonight's match kicks off at 7.45pm Irish time, with the action being shown live on RTE Two.
