Meghan Markle may be 'annoyed and upset' as Prince William beats her and Harry at 'own game'

Meghan Markle may be 'annoyed

A Royal expert has suggested that Meghan Markle might be feeling "annoyed" after Prince William 's surprise reunion with former Sussex friend, David Beckham, went viral.

The future king was accompanied by the England football icon at RAF Northolt on Tuesday to celebrate the conclusion of the London Air Ambulance's 'Up Against Time' campaign, which has amassed £16m for two new helicopters. This event occurred just hours following Prince Harry's brief visit to the UK for the WellChild awards on Monday.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle once shared a close relationship with the Beckhams, who were guests at their 2018 wedding. However, it's reported that their friendship has become more strained over time.

When journalist Andrew Gold questioned whether Prince William had "beat Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at their own game" and if his recent outing with David Beckham would "annoy" her, Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield responded on his Youtube show by saying: "Yes, I do think that this is something that will annoy Meghan Markle."

She added: "After two weeks of bad press since Prince Harry's been gone. I just think that she's probably livid right now, based on the reaction that she's getting from all of these stories. She's had to deal with that while Prince Harry's been out of town.

"That's gotta be incredibly hard for her. And then to see this kind of victory moment from Prince William. A victory moment that she would tell you it should have been Harry's moment after the WellChild awards, that would be upsetting to her."

Another expert has claimed Harry and Meghan Markle are "at odds" with David and Victoria Beckham for one glaring reason. Rumours have continued to circulate that there is no love lost between the two couples as the Beckhams appear to have shunned the Sussexes in favour of William and Princess Kate. Those rumours were only fuelled further when Prince William was joined by David as he inspected a brand new air ambulance helicopter - just hours after his estranged brother Harry made a rare UK appearance.

The Prince of Wales is patron of the London Air Ambulance charity which launched its Up Against Time appeal to fund two new helicopters for its service. And he was joined by Beckham to view the new H135 helicopters, which were bought after the fundraising appeal raised an incredible £16 million. Four million of that was raised by the Omaze campaign for the appeal, which was backed by Beckham.

Now Richard Eden has claimed that it is unsurprising that the Beckhams would fall on the opposite side of the fence to Meghan and Harry after their family feud left David and Victoria unimpressed. The expert claims that not only has David always been an avid supporter of the Royals "who would stand up for the Queen’s Speech every Christmas, dressed in his Sunday best."

Adding that "years later, he queued for 12 hours to view the Queen’s coffin when her body was lying in state." But also that "Both David and Victoria put great importance on family and would never, ever turn on their relations the way that Harry and Meghan did."

Eden says an associate told him: "The truth is that Victoria never really liked Meghan much. She was friendly and welcoming to her but is not bothered about staying in touch."

The Prince of Wales, who is Patron of London’s Air Ambulance Charity, personally asked the football legend to be the public face of the house draw and he was invited to thank him for his support of the charity. Beckham said: "We're here today to celebrate ... the success of the fundraiser for London's air ambulances which is something close to my heart and has been for a number of years. I'm an East End boy so every time we saw them in the air it made us very proud. As soon as I was asked to be involved by Prince William it was something I was very honoured (to do) in all honesty."

The pair greeted each other like old friends before hopping inside one of H135 helicopters, and William, 42, couldn't resist sitting in the pilot's seat. The prince worked as an air ambulance pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance between March 2015 and July 2017 and spoke fondly of those years with the pilots and medical crew in attendance.

Football fan William appeared to share a joke with the former professional inside the cockpit, as they both wore similar ensembles, dark suits with open-collar shirts. Both men signed each of the aircraft, with Willam writing "back in the middle!" on one and Beckham writing "Thank you! Fly safe, love David Beckham", signed off with a kiss and the number 7 - his former shirt number.
