Oasis fans are being urged to book their accommodation fast after Dublin Airbnb prices have soared to more than four times the price they are in London.

Liam and Noel Gallagher will play two nights in Dublin’s Croke Park on August 16 and 17 next year. Marketing expert, QR Code Generator, has compiled new data on the availability and cost of Airbnb accommodation for fans attending the much-anticipated Oasis 2025 reunion tour — and fans planning on seeing the band in Dublin are in for a shock.

Fans who bought tickets for Dublin's August 16 tour stop will struggle to secure an affordable place to sleep. Airbnb prices soar to an average of €618 on that date, nearly four times the average Airbnb accommodation price for all the London tour dates (€156 per night).

In terms of accommodation cost and availability, the August 16 tour stop scores just 3.6 out of ten, making it the sixth-worst on the list. There are only 125 Airbnb properties available in Dublin for that date, which is squeezing the price further.

Oasis's August 17 Dublin gig doesn't fare much better, with Airbnb prices averaging €473 that night, giving the date a score of 4.3 out of ten. Meanwhile, Cardiff is the most expensive tour stop on the list, with the average Airbnb price for Cardiff’s July 4 show coming in at €1,901. This is a staggering 13 times higher than the €141 average price for central London on August 3.

Only 210 Airbnb properties are available for the July 4 gig in Cardiff, giving it the lowest-average price and availability score of all the tour dates on the list (0.5 out of ten). Cardiff's July 5 tour stop is the second-most difficult place to find a budget-friendly Airbnb out of the 11 tour dates, scoring just 1.1 out of ten and setting fans back an average of €1,756 to stay just for that night.

For fans heading to Edinburgh, the second highest-priced city on the tour, Airbnb costs peak at €1,495 on August 8. While this is one-fifth cheaper than the prices seen in Cardiff, it's still more than double the average Airbnb accommodation price (€680 per night) across all Oasis tour dates.

Due to the high average Airbnb prices and low availability of accommodation options, the August 8 tour date was given a score of just 1.2 out of ten. Fans seeing Oasis in Edinburgh on August 9 and 12 may also face challenges in finding budget-friendly Airbnb options, with an average per-night price of €1,388 and €1,143 respectively. With less than 150 Airbnb properties available on each of those Edinburgh dates, hosts are now charging a premium for their listings.

Fans seeing the band in Manchester, Oasis's second city on the tour, will also need to book well in advance. With an average Airbnb price of €610 and around 276 available accommodation options on average per tour date, Manchester is not as budget-friendly as London, but still more affordable compared to Edinburgh and Dublin.

Manchester prices peak on July 19 when fans can expect to pay an average of €720 for just one night — giving the tour date a score of just 3.7 out of ten for accommodation availability and affordability.

Elsewhere, fans are being encouraged to book their parking a year in advance for the band’s shows. As Google searches in the UK for ‘Heaton Park parking’ increased by 1,706 per cent in the past week, experts at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts have analysed car parking options and prices for those attending the 2025 concerts. There have already been reports of hotel prices soaring over the tour dates, so it is no surprise that car parking options are following suit.

Fans attending the Oasis concert at Heaton Park, Manchester, will see a 43 per cent increase in parking charges for the night. Renting local driveways is often considered a cheaper alternative. However, one resident near Heaton Park charges £18.75 for 6.5 hours on a typical Friday evening, but on the date Oasis will perform, the price nearly doubles.

Prices have increased for all locations of the 2025 Oasis tour. Prices for London Wembley parking have increased drastically from €47 to €180. Whereas Wembley Stadium parking options online are listed at just £40 for Oasis gigs, booking early is advised as they fill up quickly.

Experts from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts said: “Those lucky enough to secure tickets should pre-book their parking now before it’s too late and too expensive. Official stadium car parks are shown to be cheaper than locals renting out their driveway; however, these car parks will be booked quickly and have limited spaces. Fans who leave parking until the last minute may even end up paying up to half their ticket price on parking charges alone.”
