Phillip Schofield shares bizarre photo as he relaxes with pet amid huge comeback rumours
Former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield suddenly left the ITV after it was revealed that he had an affair with a younger colleague and he has been spending quality time with his loved ones ever since
Phillip Schofield has showed off his feet in a bizarre new Instagram photo.
The former TV presenter took to his social media to share the snap which included his dog with his feet in the background. Alongside the pic, Phillip wrote: "Ok... chew your stick then fall asleep."
The 62-year-old took a break from social media after leaving ITV's This Morning but has been posting again over the last few months. He left the show suddenly after it was revealed that he had an affair with a younger member of staff.

At the time, he admitted to having an "unwise but not illegal" affair. Phil admitted lying to his family and bosses about the relationship, appearing for a tell-all BBC interview in which he confessed his daughter saved his life.
Saying he felt 'broken and ashamed', the dad-of-two stepped away from the limelight and spent time with his parents in Cornwall. Phillip's post comes soon after it has been hinted that he could be preparing for a TV comeback.
Crisis management pro Edward Coram James, CEO of Go Up, told the Mirror recently: "It's hardly surprising that Schofield is now considering a comeback, and that producers and networks may be lining up to make him job offers.
"There are many ways that Schofield could have reacted that could have cemented his fate for the worse. Instead, his behaviour during and after the scandal is a textbook example of how people should act in the face of PR disaster. It's a feat that very few manage to pull off. But it's given Schofield the opportunity for a second chance."
Phillip used to present This Morning alongside former pal Holly Willoughby who continued on the show for a while but has since left. She stayed on the show for a further five months after Phillip quit. Their friendship was left in tatters after the affair scandal broke but it seems the pair could be working on their relationship once again.
After Holly became the target of a kidnap and murder plot, it was revealed the duo had tried to patch up their fractured relationship. It was revealed that Phil allegedly contacted Holly after being "horrified" by the news, with Holly said to have been "really happy" to have heard from him.
"Phil's decision to reach out, and the welcome it has been received with by Holly, shows that there is still a bond there," a source told the Mirror. The source added: "The hope is they can regain some of the ground lost, and support each other again."
