In the text, the "Palestinian Community of Greece", as it calls itself, essentially justifies the terrorists who bloodied a neighborhood of innocent bystanders, next to a tram stop, as it says that Ionas Karousis was an Israeli soldier.

"Unfortunately, Ionas was not an innocent citizen, he was a member of the Israeli army" claims the Palestinian Community in Greece.

Ionas was assassinated in the street, next to the tram in Tel Aviv's Jaffa district, while wearing civilian clothes, as terrorists fired indiscriminately into the crowd, killing five other civilians.

The post reads:

"It is with great sadness that we address the tragic death of Iona, a Greek citizen who lost his life in Israel. However, it is important to clarify that, unfortunately, Jonah was not an innocent citizen visiting Israel. He was a member of the Israeli army. This disturbing fact raises an important question: Why did he feel the need to go to Israel, a place of conflict, and die there, when Greece is his real homeland!”

Naturally, the internet was in an uproar. In the comments, many users were quick to react to what the post says, saying that it is a "shame" and that these claims justify the "murders of civilians and children", while some stress that the killers could not possibly have known who the people they shot were. accidentally on the street and that, in any case, he was executed as a civilian and not in the context of a war conflict.

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, called the announcement of the Delegation of the Palestinian Authority "obscene", in his post on X:

According to the Palestinians, no Jewish citizen is innocent, so everyone is killed either by terrorists, or by rockets, or by massacres like on October 7. What was Ionas' "crime" that made him "guilty", he was serving in the Israeli Army...yet all citizens of Israel, male and female serve in the Army as this state is surrounded by millions of enemies who daily swear to wipe it from the map. Ionas was walking carefree and unarmed on the street, in his city, in his home and two terrorists killed him in cold blood, but he was not innocent according to this announcement because he served his term in the army...that's why we are with Israel because they have and the Jews the right to have a homeland in which they will be safe at last.
