A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of having stolen items from a painting workshop in Limassol, the police announced on Saturday.

The thefts were reported on Thursday by the workshop’s owner, who said the premises had been broken into between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning and that a laptop computer, two rings, and other items had been stolen.

The police found the man with the two rings and other stolen items in an abandoned house in Limassol, and arrested him.

Their investigation into the matter is ongoing.
