Second arrest for kiosk robber

A second person, aged 25, has been arrested in connection with the robbing of a kiosk in Nicosia on August 29.

A 24-year-old is already in custody for the same case. He was arrested on Thursday and handed an eight-day remand order by the Nicosia district court.

On August 29, the cash tray of the kiosk’s till had been stolen, along with a box of coins.

Nicosia police are investigating the case.
