The conditions for tourism in the Bulgarian mountains on the first day of 2025 are excellent. This was what the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross has told BTA. The weather is sunny and quiet. In some of the resorts, part of the facilities are not working. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 7°C; at 2000 meters - about 2°C.

On Vitosha Mountain, the snow cover is 100 cm, the facilities are not working. In Borovets, the snow cover is 120 cm. On Botev Peak, the snow cover is 163 cm.
