We are holding talks for a government with the first mandate, GERB Chairman Boyko Borissov told journalists in parliament. He reminded that weeks ago he had appointed a negotiating team comprising Tomislav Donchev, Rosen Zhelyazkov, Raya Nazaryan and Daniel Mitov.

 "When there is something to announce, it will be announced", Boyko Borissov added. "Asen Vassilev is the person who is hindering the formation of a government", said Borissov.
