The Council of Ministers has approved the draft of a donation agreement between the World Health Organization and Bulgaria on the provision of a voluntary contribution, amounting to EUR 100,000, in support of the activities of the organization in the Gaza Strip. The funding will be provided from the budget of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, earmarked for development and humanitarian aid.
Our choice of international organization our contribution will be directed to is motivated by the grave situation in the health sector in Gaza.
