Their absence was established after all devices were returned to the Information Services Agency.

The information regarding the missing recordings will be handed over to the Central Election Commission so action can be taken, the caretaker cabinet says.
The caretaker government fulfilled all of its commitments professionally, transparently and in excellent dialogue with the Central Election Commission in accordance with the Election Code with respect to the organizational and technical preparations for the parliamentary election on 27 October, 2024, reads the report by Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov. The cabinet was given a good performance review regarding its election commitments – by independent and by international observers, the report says.
