Fans gush over Julia Roberts' adorable exchange with Travis Kelce at Taylor Swift gig in Dublin

Travis Kelce once again rushed to support his belle Taylor Swift as she wowed the crowds in Dublin on Sunday night.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight-end dashed from his teammate's Californian wedding to make sure he was in the audience for the latest show of TayTay's The Eras Tour. Making it with time to spare, Taylor was spotted being overjoyed at her man's appearance as she grinned after noticing him in the VIP tent.

He was in good company too, with an array of celebrities there to sing along to the superstar. Among them was Notting Hill star Julia Roberts, who showed she is clearly a fan of the pair.

The actress was seen intimately scratching the athlete's chest in an affectionate way, with Travis embracing the moment and laughing along. However, despite the apparent closeness and some fans branding it an "uncomfortable" situation, others were of the impression Taylor had nothing to worry about and claimed Julia was simply in "mom mode".

While some seemed slightly put out by the closeness, others joked that if it was anyone else they'd be worried. One user on Twitter /X wrote: "Julia Roberts loves the Big Yeti, Travis Kelce... If that was anyone other than Pretty Woman herself, playing around with Trav I would be legit mad."Another seemingly agreed, adding: "This feels very mom coded."

Other users went into sleuth mode and started wondering if the interaction was a sign of things to come. One fan believed to have uncovered what Julia had said to Travis, claiming to have lipread her saying: "I'm so happy for you guys". This led to some questioning if an engagement was on the cards.

The Taylor and Travis love story has gone into overdrive since they were first spotted together at a Chiefs game last year. Since then, they've continued to be each other's biggest cheerleaders - and fans are loving it.

Recently, at one of Taylor's sold-out London shows, the NFL player joined his partner on stage for a sweet cameo. He showed off his theatrical side by donning a top hat and tails to join Swift's act for her hit, I Can Do It With a Broken Heart. In a dramatic moment, Travis swept the singer off her feet and carried her to a chair as he fanned her after she pretended to faint. He then gave her encouraging pep talk to continue the show, much to the fans' delight.
