Thiago Silva's wife aims brutal dig at Chelsea after humiliating Arsenal thrashing

Thiago Silva's wife, Belle, appeared to take another dig at Chelsea following their embarrassing 5-0 defeat to Arsenal on Tuesday.

Leandro Trossard gave Arsenal the lead after just four minutes, while both Ben White and former Blues star Kai Havertz bagged braces. The result was Arsenal's biggest ever win over Chelsea and saw them move three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table.

Chelsea remain ninth and have now conceded 57 Premier League goals this season - their most in a single campaign. Veteran defender Silva made an appearance off the bench in the 78th minute with Chelsea already 5-0 down and his wife seemed to take aim at the Blues' poor display after the game.

Taking to social media, Belle simply posted the 'see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil' monkey emojis. It comes after she caused controversy back in February by appearing to call for Mauricio Pochettino to be sacked as manager.

During Chelsea's 4-2 defeat to Wolves, she posted: "It's time to change. If you wait any longer it will be too late," accompanied by two blue hearts. Pochettino later revealed that he had spoken with Thiago about the post, saying: "He came today to talk with me.

"I'm not going to talk in the way we were talking. I think the important thing is he came and wanted to talk with me and of course, he know me after more than 10 years, who I am, we are a very strong coaching staff and the way we operate.

"Of course he came to talk and we talked and I think that was private. And that's it. It's a private thing to keep inside." Belle also apologised, writing: "I'm sorry that my personal outburst as a passionate Chelsea fan has caused such an impact.

"I'm passionate about the team, I thrive on victories and I'm saddened by defeats. We all want the same thing, a winning team, come on Chelsea!!" However, she has still not deleted the initial tweet.

Thiago is out of contract at the end of the season and the 39-year-old is expected to leave Stamford Bridge. Speaking after Chelsea's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City last weekend, Silva said: "You are going to know in the coming days (about my future).

"I don't want to say anything now after a defeat. I'm sad about the result, but sooner or later, the news will come out. I do have a decision made in my mind, but it's not the moment to share it."
